It is with great sadness that we inform you of the death of Marion Simmons Q.C. who died on 2 May 2008. Marion served on the ARDL committee for two years providing insight into the world of Competition Law, common sense and enthusiasm. We will miss her and wish her family and friends strength and comfort at this difficult time.
