Date: 14 June 2018

Speakers: Richard Coleman QC, of Fountain Court Chambers, and Paul Ozin QC, of 23 Essex Street

ARDL’s Seminar series continues with an update and reflections on the legal landscape following in the wake of the two recent landmark decisions in this area: the Supreme Court’s decision in Ivey v Genting Casinos (UK) on the test for dishonesty and the Court of Appeal Civil Division’s decision in Wingate & Evans v SRA; SRA v Malins on the test for integrity in SRA proceedings. We are delighted to have two of the leading practitioners in the field of professional discipline discussing this topic at our event.

Speakers – Our speakers have both spoken for us on a number of occasions, on the law relating to dishonesty/ integrity directions as the law has rapidly developed in recent years.
