The Role

The Assessment Officer is primarily responsible for the assessment of incoming information about those regulated by the BSB and taking decisions on whether complaints should be referred for consideration of enforcement, supervision or other types of action.  The post holder is expected to own a range of cases of varying complexity within agreed timescales.  The post holder will contribute to the team’s handling of general enquiries.
