Our Regulatory team is looking to recruit lawyers, case managers, paralegals and advocates to lead on our professional regulatory case work.
The successful lawyer may be based out of our London, Cardiff, Reading or Southampton office. It’s a great time to join the team as we grow following new client wins and significant increases in work.
You will be able to rely on support from team members across the firm, including our other Regulatory team lawyers, advocates, paralegals and administrators. Our teams are also well supported by our Business Services Finance, HR, IT and Risk functions.

Our Regulatory Business Group is recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500 as a highly regarded team specialising in advising professional regulators, particularly in the healthcare sector. The team do this by investigating concerns regarding a professional’s fitness to practise, which may arise because of their conduct, competence or health.
The purpose of the investigation is to obtain evidence, including witness statements, so that an informed decision can be made regarding the concerns that have been raised and whether there is a case to answer. If there is, we help prepare the case for a hearing and often our in house advocates will present it.
We have one of the largest teams in the country, comprising solicitors, barristers, CILEX lawyers, paralegals and trainees and we are supported by a dedicated professional support lawyer and an experienced administrative team.
