This free event is the final in person event of the year for Manchester ARDL and is open to all ARDL members.

Martin is a Director and barrister at Fieldfisher LLP, specialising in public and regulatory law, with an emphasis on professional discipline. Prior to that, he has worked in-house at the General Medical Council and in chambers.

Michelle’s practice has been exclusively criminal and regulatory/professional discipline from its inception. Michelle has acted at Trust level disciplinary proceedings and for doctors in fitness to practise proceedings, interim orders and reviews before the MPTS. In addition, she has represented university level students undertaking medicine or nursing in FTP proceedings brought at university or faculty level for serious misconduct.
