Legal Update with Dan Byrne KC, Axiom Advocates + panel discussion
ARDL Scotland is hosting a legal update concentrating on recent decisions with a particular focus on the key Scottish jurisprudence in professional discipline from the past year from appeals to judicial review and petitions of various types. The main speaker is Dan Byrne KC of Axiom Advocates: Dan Byrne – Axiom Advocates who’s acted in a range of regulatory cases, most recently for the GMC. He’ll be joined by a panel of others who’ve been part of or affected by the court’s decisions. After a Q&A there will be a change to network and catch up after the summer holidays with drinks and canapes at our Late Summer Drinks Reception. The Seminar will be introduced/chaired by Catriona Watt, a former past Chair of ARDL and ex officio ARDL Committee member.
