This is the first seminar of ARDL’s Spring Bitesize Seminars Programme, in which we invite one guest speaker to talk on one regulatory topic. The seminar will last up to 45 minutes. .
This Bitesize Seminar, presented by David Mitchell of 39 Essex Chambers, will consider derogations from open justice in regulatory proceedings, particularly in respect of anonymity, looking at wider privacy and data protection trends in other areas of law.

Rosemary Rollason advises a wide range of professional regulators in healthcare, finance, law and the built environment. She is appointed as a legal adviser for several regulatory bodies and as Convener for the Financial Reporting Council. In 2020 and 21, Rosemary was a solicitor member of the Queens Counsel Selection Panel. She also regularly prepares and presents training for regulatory panellists and in-house teams. Rosemary is currently a member of ARDL’s Committee and the Education Sub-Committee.
