‘Developing the Regulatory and Disciplinary Leaders of the Future’

We are delighted to announce that Leanne Wild, Executive Coach, will be speaking with us on 13th May 2021 on the topic of Leadership Development.  In this seminar, you will be invited to consider your own capacity to lead, crucial in the field of Regulatory and Disciplinary Law.

In our time with Leanne we will discover how neuroscience underpins Leadership Development to drive sustainable change and growth in our Leadership capacity.  Leanne will invite us to see Leadership as a practicable, learnable skill requiring courage and commitment to explore. From this exploration, we can then create conscious awareness of where our Leadership is being sabotaged by our own unconscious patterns.

Disrupting these patterns is the unique opportunity we are given within our own Leadership journey. The result being true conscious engagement in how we lead and ultimately an enhanced fulfilment and satisfaction with our Leadership choices.

No matter what level of Leader you see yourself as, if you are interested in exploring your own Leadership opportunities, join us in this engaging seminar.  It is never too early or too late in your career to consciously choose how you want to stand in relationship with your Leadership.
