You can join at any point during the membership period but your membership will need to be renewed at the end of the following January. If you are interested in ARDL membership please click here.

Membership gives many benefits including:

  • Free attendance at seminars
  • Access to the archive of materials from previous seminars
  • The ARDL quarterly bulletin
  • Opportunity to apply for tickets for the ARDL dinner and annual conference
  • Junior members also have access to ARDL’s mentoring scheme and other Junior ARDL events

Seminars are usually held in London, Manchester and Edinburgh and there are several in each location every year.

Please follow this link for details of forthcoming seminars.

ARDL holds an AGM each year at the end of April when committee members are elected. Advance notice is given to all members of this meeting and only those members who attend in person are able to vote.

Candidates need five ARDL members to support their nomination, at least two of who should work in an organisation outside of the organisation that the candidate works in.

Five committee members are elected each year and serve a two year term. Up to five committee members can be co-opted at any one time.

ARDL membership is required to book a place on a seminar. When bookings open for a seminar, members will be sent an email that directs them to the members only area of the website to book a place.

You need to be a member of ARDL to apply to buy tickets for the annual dinner, which is held in the summer of each year. If you are a member you will be sent an email with details of how to apply. Please see the following link for details of the ARDL dinner.
