Location: London / Hybrid (3 days from home)

Salary: £33,081 – £38,918 pa

Hours: Full time

Contract: Permanent

What you will do

  • Administering a caseload of Fitness To Practise cases
  • Ensuring that all actions are taken in a timely manner, under the guidance of a prosecution lawyer.
  • Preparing documents and witness statements
  • Undertaking legal research
  • Dealing with verbal and written correspondence
  • Ensuring records are accurately maintained.

About you

If you are able to demonstrate the following skills and experience, we would like to hear from you:

  • Relevant legal experience. 
  • Previous healthcare regulation experience.
  • Legal qualification.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
