Hybrid working meaning two days in the office and three from home

Full Time 35 hours

Salary up to £74,000pa

Overall purpose of this role

The lawyer provides legal and procedural support across ICAEW&©s regulatory committees, ensuring decisions are fair, robust, and compliant with relevant frameworks. Working under the direction of the Senior Lawyer or the Head of Committees and Tribunals, the postholder plays a key role in the delivery of legally sound outcomes, contributes to legal reviews, and supports governance, training, and recruitment. The role requires legal expertise, neutrality, and sound judgment in a high-volume, high-stakes regulatory environment.
