ARDL has an established and successful mentoring scheme which aims to assist the development of less experienced members of our association and enable them to develop successful careers within regulatory and disciplinary law.  Mentors will be able to use the opportunity to develop their own careers through working and communicating with a mentee to enhance their leadership skills.

Mentees have described how valuable they have found the experience of being mentored by more senior members of ARDL, and how it has helped them build confidence and progress in their careers.
