As you may know, ARDL runs a Mentoring Scheme which aims to assist the development of less experienced members by partnering them with more experienced members as mentors. The ARDL Mentor of the Year Award has been created to recognise the excellence of those mentors who have given up their time to provide support and guidance to their mentees, to enable them to develop successful careers within regulatory and disciplinary law.
ARDL is delighted to announce that the winner of this year’s Mentor of the Year Award is Suzie Lyons. Suzie has generously given up to her time to support her mentee over the last year by meeting on a quarterly basis and providing ad hoc advice. Suzie’s mentee has benefitted from her guidance, which has led to development opportunities and enabled them to plan their career goals. Congratulations, Suzie, and thank you for your valuable contribution to the Scheme.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all mentees and mentors for their involvement in the Scheme over the past year. The Scheme has matched 140 mentees with mentors to date and your participation ensures the continued success of the Scheme and the development of our junior members.
