Rewards and BenefitsWho are we looking for?

You’ll bring a mix of legal expertise, regulatory knowledge, and strong advocacy skills. Specifically:

• Qualified solicitor or barrister (England & Wales).
• Advocacy experience before tribunals, courts, or adjudicatory bodies.
• Experience in disciplinary or regulatory casework, ideally within a professional regulator or public body.
• Knowledge of civil and/or criminal procedure relevant to regulatory work.
• Excellent drafting and case management skills, with the ability to handle complex matters.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills — both in writing and in person.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach with sound judgment and independence.
• Ability to deliver against KPIs and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
