Through innovation and trusted data, we drive positive change for present and future generations.Role Purpose and Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Regulatory Support and CPD Manager, you will support regulation operations by managing incoming CPD queries, monitoring, and auditing of CPD records. Managing emerging risk and escalate issues of CPD non-compliance for investigation.

RICS is currently taking forward a programme of strategic development in relation to the Register and CPD which you will be a key contributor to this programme of work and to ensuring that robust registration and CPD requirements are embedded into their day-to-day work. This job is a key RICS position with responsibility for ensuring that RICS meets its global obligations to deliver effective risk based self-regulation, to protect and build confidence with all audiences.

• Supporting CPD activity including managing CPD inboxes by responding to enquiries, proactively managing compliance through monitoring and audits as well as contributing to disciplinary processes
• Delivering high quality regulatory conduct checks through requests from a range of stakeholders across the business to maintain trust in the profession and public
• Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders: handling phone calls, responding to emails and taking ownership for the resolution of complex regulatory matters
• Carrying out tasks within KPIs and SLA, demonstrating the ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication and the ability to present issues in a clear and concise manner at all levels across a variety of mediums delivered in an audience appropriate tone and style

About You

• Experience of working in a busy case working role
• Experienced in managing own workload and prioritising tasks based on risk
• An ability to analyse information, make clear judgements based on relevant risk and business considerations, in order to identify key issues and appropriate solutions
• Strong understanding of customer service excellence to include call handling skills
• Excellent work management skills and the ability to consistently perform against targets and Key Performance Indicators
