Role Purpose and Key ResponsibilitiesThe Regulatory Governance Executives provide administration and high-quality proactive support to the Standards and Regulation Board (SRB) and any sub-groups/working parties established by it, which contributes to the performance of the regulatory function of RICS on behalf of the profession and the public.

Working within the Regulatory Governance Team, the Regulatory Governance Executives are responsible for:

• Producing meeting agendas, reports and coordinating papers
• Ensuring governance and legislative compliance for the SRB and any sub-groups
• Attend SRB and sub-group meetings to provide governance support, taking minutes, recording decisions, and noting actions for follow-up
• Assist in the recruitment, induction and training of new members to the SRB and any sub-groups/working parties

About You• Experience of drafting and coordinating Board or Committee level agendas, minutes, papers, and logistics to high quality
• Practical experience of coordinating meeting dates, and managing meeting logistics with multiple stakeholders with competing interests
• Experience of coordinating and managing action trackers and forward planners
• Experience of providing excellent customer service to variety of internal or external stakeholders and colleagues
• High standards of IT proficiency, including experience using Microsoft applications (outlook, word, excel, SharePoint and Teams) particularly with organising virtual meetings
