Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities | As a Regulatory Tribunal Administrator at RICS, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that colleagues working within the Regulatory Tribunal Team are fully supported and prepared for cases through your expertise in administrative tasks. Your role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support within a small team environment. You will utilise your extensive organisational skills and attention to detail through processing invoices and letter drafting whilst ensuring clarity and consistency with the RICS brand. You’ll have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself within the regulatory and tribunal process ensuring that RICS standards are upheld by the profession through our system of independently led regulation, further cementing RICS’ position as a leader in the industry. |
About You | • To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident in your organisational standards as you’ll be delivering administrative duties within a fast paced environment whilst multitasking in diary management, data entry, letter drafting and processing invoices all the while maintaining accuracy with the highest level of detail. • Your exceptional written and oral communication skills will drive the success of this role as you cultivate relationships with a variety of professionals and stakeholders. • Previous experience working within a regulatory and administrative environment, would be nice to have but it is not essential to this role. |
