A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an outstanding, personable and pro-active Regulatory Lawyer with between 2-6 years PQE experience to play a key role in our expanding health and social care practice based in Central London.
Our nationally renowned, specialist team is seeking an experienced lawyer who can hit the ground running. Whilst experience in regulatory law is desirable it is not essential and we are keen to meet motivated people who put our clients at the heart of everything that they do.
Successful candidates will be required to manage their own caseload, with appropriate supervision from senior colleagues, and will also be expected to be proactively involved in the development of the practice. The firm’s caseload is varied and so we are looking for candidates who can adapt to the needs of the organisation with enthusiasm and drive. We have a reputation for developing talent and are keen to grow lawyers into sector experts.
This is a great opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic and skilled lawyer to develop their skills in a niche area of law. Day to day cases include contesting regulatory enforcement action, managing and preparing inquests, work on adult and children safeguarding issues as well as a range of corporate issues associated with the running of our clients’ health and social care businesses.
As well as relevant work experience and appropriate legal qualification, applicants must have at least a 2:1 at degree level.
